We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, we are here to help. Please review the terms below regarding returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
To complete your return or exchange, we require the original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size or design, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative item may be offered.
After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you stating the procedure, where you will be required to send the package back through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with the following details:

Once we have received the package, one of our Sales Representatives will contact you and provide a coupon code so you can redeem the exchange product value from your next order.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Please contact us promptly upon receiving such items so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to improper use
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: {business address}.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, particularly for higher-value items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time
Exchanges will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive the returned item.
